Taïga Initiative's objective is to make the world a better place by enriching communities by promoting local purchasing and designing buildings that have less environmental impact or at least by offsetting the carbon impacts that are generated.
In fact, this certification program is suitable for construction projects that want to promote its positive actions in terms of sustainable development. These certificates will help the applicant or his customers to adhere to the green shift and the decarbonization of products and services.
Taïga Initiative's vision is to become the benchmark for certification of small to medium-sized green construction projects in North America.
Our origins
Taïga Initiative™ fills a need for those who cannot join a certification program designed for large companies or the public sector.
The strength of the Taïga Initiative lies in knowing how to detect the real issues concerning sustainable development and not be anchored in rigid and unsuitable protocols for all types of construction projects. Taïga Initiative is "The Solution" to be in the trend of ecological and social awareness.
